These terms apply to your use of the Magic League app for mobile devices and the website magicleague.app (together, the "Application"), provided by Carlos Carrera Sorribes ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Application you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Application.

The Application

Magic League lets you organise Magic: The Gathering commander leagues with your playgroup: leagues, gatherings, decks and game results. It is an independent, unofficial project. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse the Application. Card names and images are provided by Scryfall's public API.

Your account

• You sign in with your email address through a link we send you. There are no passwords.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher age of digital consent that applies where you live.
• Keep your email account secure and provide accurate information. One account per person.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Other members of your leagues can see your nickname, profile photo, decks and game results. You agree not to:

• Use a nickname, photo, deck name or any other content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate other people.
• Enter false results or otherwise manipulate leagues in bad faith.
• Attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer or abuse it (for example, by automated requests).
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

Leagues are organised by their members. We are not responsible for what members do or say outside the Application. To report objectionable content or behaviour, write to info@magicleague.app; we will review it and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Your content

You keep the rights to the content you create in the Application (such as your nickname, photo, decks and results). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display to the other members of your leagues and otherwise process that content, only as needed to operate the Application. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload.

Availability and changes to the service

The Application can be used free of charge, with optional paid features (see "Magic League Pro" below). It is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Magic League Pro (subscriptions)

Magic League Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the paid features described on the subscription screen of the app. It is offered as a monthly plan (1.99 €) or a yearly plan (17.99 €); prices include applicable taxes where required and may vary by country or currency, and the price and billing period are always shown in the app before you subscribe. A one-time "Founders" purchase (5.99 €, limited places) unlocks the same features permanently, is not a subscription and does not renew.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (App Store) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, after purchase. Deleting the app or your Magic League account does not cancel the subscription.
• Free trials and offers. Any free trial or introductory offer is the one the App Store or Google Play shows you at purchase; any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled by them under their own policies. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.
• Price changes. If we change the price, you will be notified as required by the store and by law, and the new price applies from the next renewal.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the Application and its content, for its maintenance and support, and for any claim relating to it. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and, if the Application fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple to refund the purchase price of the Application (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with the applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application (for example, your wireless data service agreement).

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of any kind about the Application, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of data, arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your rights as a consumer.

Suspension, termination and account deletion

You can stop using the Application at any time and delete your account from Settings (the gear on the Profile tab of the app), or by writing to info@magicleague.app. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that put other people or the service at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, with its effective date. If you keep using the Application after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to the rights that mandatory consumer protection rules give you to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

Estos términos se aplican al uso de la app Magic League para dispositivos móviles y del sitio web magicleague.app (en conjunto, la «Aplicación»), proporcionados por Carlos Carrera Sorribes («nosotros»). Al crear una cuenta o usar la Aplicación aceptas estos términos y nuestra Política de privacidad. Si no los aceptas, por favor no uses la Aplicación.

La Aplicación

Magic League te permite organizar ligas de Commander de Magic: The Gathering con tu grupo de juego: ligas, quedadas, mazos y resultados de partidas. Es un proyecto independiente y no oficial. Magic: The Gathering es una marca de Wizards of the Coast LLC, que no está afiliada ni respalda la Aplicación. Los nombres e imágenes de las cartas provienen de la API pública de Scryfall.

Tu cuenta

• Inicias sesión con tu correo electrónico mediante un enlace que te enviamos. No hay contraseñas.
• Debes tener al menos 16 años, o la edad superior de consentimiento digital que se aplique donde vives.
• Mantén seguro tu correo y facilita información veraz. Una cuenta por persona.
• Eres responsable de lo que ocurra con tu cuenta.

Uso aceptable

Los demás miembros de tus ligas pueden ver tu apodo, tu foto de perfil, tus mazos y los resultados de tus partidas. Te comprometes a no:

• Usar un apodo, una foto, un nombre de mazo o cualquier otro contenido que sea ofensivo, discriminatorio, sexualmente explícito, acosador o que vulnere los derechos de otras personas.
• Acosar, amenazar o suplantar a otras personas.
• Introducir resultados falsos o manipular las ligas de mala fe.
• Intentar acceder a datos que no son tuyos, interrumpir el servicio, o aplicarle ingeniería inversa o abusar de él (por ejemplo, con solicitudes automatizadas).
• Usar la Aplicación con fines ilícitos.

Las ligas las organizan sus miembros. No somos responsables de lo que los miembros hagan o digan fuera de la Aplicación. Para denunciar contenido o comportamientos inapropiados, escribe a info@magicleague.app; lo revisaremos y podremos retirar contenido o suspender cuentas.

Tu contenido

Conservas los derechos sobre el contenido que creas en la Aplicación (como tu apodo, foto, mazos y resultados). Nos concedes una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para almacenar ese contenido, mostrarlo a los demás miembros de tus ligas y tratarlo de otro modo, solo en la medida necesaria para operar la Aplicación. Confirmas que tienes derecho a usar el contenido que subes.

Disponibilidad y cambios en el servicio

La Aplicación puede usarse de forma gratuita, con funciones de pago opcionales (véase «Magic League Pro» más abajo). Se ofrece «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Podemos modificar, suspender o retirar funciones en cualquier momento, y no garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido ni esté libre de errores.

Magic League Pro (suscripciones)

Magic League Pro es una suscripción opcional con renovación automática que desbloquea las funciones de pago descritas en la pantalla de suscripción de la app. Se ofrece en un plan mensual (1,99 €) o anual (17,99 €); los precios incluyen los impuestos aplicables cuando corresponda y pueden variar según el país o la moneda, y el precio y el periodo de facturación se muestran siempre en la app antes de suscribirte. Una compra única «Founders» (5,99 €, plazas limitadas) desbloquea las mismas funciones de forma permanente, no es una suscripción y no se renueva.

• Pago. El cobro se carga a tu cuenta de Apple ID (App Store) o de Google Play al confirmar la compra.
• Renovación automática. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al mismo precio salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso. El cobro de la renovación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas previas al final del periodo en curso.
• Gestión y cancelación. Puedes gestionar o cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play, una vez realizada la compra. Borrar la app o tu cuenta de Magic League no cancela la suscripción.
• Pruebas gratuitas y ofertas. Cualquier prueba gratuita u oferta introductoria es la que App Store o Google Play te muestren al comprar; la parte no utilizada de una prueba gratuita se pierde al contratar una suscripción.
• Reembolsos. Las compras las procesan Apple o Google, por lo que las solicitudes de reembolso las gestionan ellos según sus propias políticas. Esto no afecta a tus derechos como consumidor.
• Cambios de precio. Si cambiamos el precio, se te avisará según exijan la tienda y la ley, y el nuevo precio se aplicará desde la siguiente renovación.

Apple y Google

Estos términos son únicamente entre tú y nosotros, y no con Apple Inc. ni Google LLC. Nosotros, y no Apple ni Google, somos los únicos responsables de la Aplicación y de su contenido, de su mantenimiento y soporte, y de cualquier reclamación relacionada con ella. Apple y Google no tienen obligación de prestar mantenimiento ni soporte y, si la Aplicación no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes avisar a Apple para que te reembolse el precio de compra de la Aplicación (si lo hubo); en la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Apple no tiene ninguna otra obligación de garantía. Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estos términos y, una vez los aceptes, podrán hacerlos valer contra ti. Confirmas que no te encuentras en un país sujeto a embargo del Gobierno de EE. UU. ni designado como país que apoya el terrorismo, y que no figuras en ninguna lista del Gobierno de EE. UU. de partes prohibidas o restringidas. También debes cumplir los términos de terceros que sean aplicables al usar la Aplicación (por ejemplo, tu contrato de datos móviles).

Sin garantía y limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no ofrecemos ninguna garantía sobre la Aplicación y no somos responsables de las pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes, ni de la pérdida de datos, derivadas de su uso. Nada de lo dispuesto en estos términos limita ninguna responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse por ley, ni tus derechos como consumidor.

Suspensión, terminación y borrado de la cuenta

Puedes dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento y borrar tu cuenta desde Ajustes (el engranaje de la pestaña Perfil de la app), o escribiendo a info@magicleague.app. El tratamiento de tus datos se describe en la Política de privacidad. Podemos suspender o cerrar las cuentas que incumplan estos términos o que pongan en riesgo a otras personas o al servicio.

Cambios en estos términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos de vez en cuando. La versión vigente está siempre disponible en esta página, con su fecha de entrada en vigor. Si sigues usando la Aplicación tras un cambio, aceptas los términos actualizados.

Legislación aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la ley española. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los juzgados y tribunales de Barcelona (España), sin perjuicio de los derechos que las normas imperativas de protección de los consumidores te reconocen para acudir a los tribunales de tu lugar de residencia.
